• vendor choice
• expected outcomes
• internal capability to deliver

Answer structure

Use this simple structure:

• direct answer
• evidence or rationale
• implication for the project
• reference to supporting record where relevant

Preparation checklist

• nominate one response owner
• align internal stakeholders on key facts
• keep a clean evidence pack ready
• answer only what is asked, but answer it clearly
• avoid creating contradictions with the original submission
